Job summary

Hired is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality code for AI model training and optimization in the United States. You will evaluate model performance, rank responses, and provide explanations demonstrating strong reasoning and technical expertise.

You will lead supervised fine-tuning efforts and create task-specific datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements in AI systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
