Job summary

Omega Solutions Inc. in Bellevue, WA and Chicago, IL is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong NodeJS and React skills for a 6-month+ contract. The role requires minimum 3 years of NodeJS experience, solid JavaScript proficiency, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern tooling.

You will work across server-side and client-side tech, integrating with current stacks in a collaborative environment. Candidates should know Express, Lodash, and common front-end tech, have Git or SVN

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs of experience in NodeJS
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks and libraries such as Express, Async, Lodash, socket, etc
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc depending on your technology stack
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN
