Job summary

Technica Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Full Stack Developer to design, code, test, and deploy web applications using .NET and React. You will work across front-end and back-end components, ensure performance and quality, and collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.

The role requires 5 years of software development experience, React familiarity, cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure), and a Top-Secret with SCI/CI Poly eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

Technica Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Developer, Mid. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of web applications and services. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework and associated technologies, as well as React. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end development will be essential in creating seamless and efficient user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver robust and scalable applications.

In this role, you will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and to adhere to best practices and coding standards. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

The position would be located at a government facility in Washington, D.C. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $136,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Technica considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, location, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
