Job summary

Analytics Solutions is seeking a Sr. Fullstack Engineer in Pasadena, CA for a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site. The candidate should have over a decade of backend-focused software experience, expert knowledge in Java and Python, and hands-on work building scalable systems and RESTful services with Spring Boot.

Proficiency in Kafka, AWS, and both SQL and NoSQL databases is essential. Strong testing discipline and collaboration skills are required.

• Effective use of AI tools in daily work.
• Familiarity with software engineering development cycles.
• Commitment to writing meaningful unit and integration tests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You’ll Need to Have

• 10 years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying applications with a focus on backend
• Experience building and designing scalable backend systems
• Experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise with development experience in Java 17/21 and Python with building RESTful backend applications using Spring Boot
• Experience in designing, building and maintaining high-thought put low latency data pipelines using Apache Kafka
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, IAM)
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Effective use of AI tools in your own day-to-day work
• Familiarity with software engineering development cycles
• Commitment to writing meaningful unit tests and integration tests
