Job summary

Kocher + Beck USA is seeking a Full Stack Developer I to join our growing technology team. This position designs, develops, maintains, and supports business applications that improve internal systems and processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems through software, works across front-end and back-end technologies, and collaborates with users throughout the organization to build new apps, enhance existing systems, and support digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in CS/SE/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of software development experience.
• Experience with .NET, Java, or similar OO languages.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle).
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal business applications.
• Develop front-end UIs and back-end logic.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations between systems.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support and modernize existing applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL databases, stored procedures, data integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Write clean, well-documented code following standards.
• Participate in architecture, code reviews, and testing.
• Ensure security, reliability, and data integrity.
• Assist with user training and provide internal support.
• Research emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and specifications.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
