Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related quantitative field, or 12 years progressive software lifecycle experience.
• 8 years IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years progressive experience in software lifecycle management.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one programming language such as C# or C++.
• Strong oral and written communication and ability to lead projects.
• Familiar with SQL (MSSQL, Postgres, MySQL) and REST APIs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD 8570.01 level certification.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
