Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Ascléa GmbH is building a new enterprise web application. You will design a modern frontend using React and a robust Python backend (FastAPI/Django), ensuring secure integration with SAP, SharePoint, and LDAP/OIDC. You’ll deploy for on-prem Kubernetes and drive CI/CD and monitoring.
You’ll mentor the team and influence architecture decisions. Fluent English communication is essential; German knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Ascléa develops sovereign AI solutions for hospitals. We are an ISO 13485-certified medical device manufacturer with several years of experience with MDR-certified products for clinical decision support. With our Clé platform, we give hospital staff secure and controlled access to language models, clinical knowledge, and AI-supported workflows. We are gradually building an agentic cockpit for hospital operations. You will work directly with our CTO on a new, business-critical enterprise web application, built from the ground up.
You design a modern frontend (e.g. React) and a robust, scalable Python backend (FastAPI/Django), including API design. You are responsible for integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, SharePoint, and Active Directory (LDAP/OIDC), including data consistency and security across system boundaries. You prepare deployments for many of our enterprise customers, where much of the infrastructure runs on on-premise Kubernetes, and take responsibility for CI/CD pipelines and monitoring. You are a hands-on mentor for the team, conduct high-level code reviews, and help shape coding standards and testing strategies. You advise the CTO, Product Owner, and UX Lead on feasibility, timelines, and risks.
In-depth Python expertise with modern web frameworks—whether gained at work or through personal projects that demonstrate how you think through complex systems from the ground up. Confident use of Kubernetes in production. Будет плюсом: Experience with modern frontend frameworks (preferably React) and CSS architectures; A thorough understanding of design patterns and architectural decisions (modular monolith vs. microservices, RESTful API design); Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions); Knowledge of relational databases as well as caching/messaging (Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka)
Remote-first, with the option of an office in Berlin-Mitte and Charlottenburg. An agile, open team culture with short decision-making paths in a small, high-performing team. An agentic coding environment (Claude, Gemini) as part of everyday work, not the exception. Direct influence on product and architecture decisions. Language is no barrier: good English is enough to make a big impact with us. If you are already learning German or would like to learn it, we would be happy—but limited German skills are not a disqualifying factor. Your work runs in real hospitals, in an environment experienced with MDR—with real clinical relevance, not just in a demo environment.
