Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Full Stack Developer to work onsite at Chantilly, VA on a state-of-the-art ML/AI RDT&E program. You will design and integrate ETL-driven solutions using Java, Python, and Bash, with server-side and client-side work across multiple teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and the Program Manager to co-lead product direction, implement scalable microservices, and ensure robust observability using OpenTelemetry in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Engineering or related STEM field.
• US Citizenship with active TS/SCI + CI Poly eligibility.
• 3–10+ years in developing, integrating, and troubleshooting software for ETL solutions.
• Strong code quality using robust design patterns.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases (PostgreSQL, Elastic, Redis).
• Built real-time data pipelines and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
• Server-side apps and end-to-end tracing/monitoring (OpenTelemetry).
• Resilient, high-traffic microservices design and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Linux experience and Bash/Sed/Awk scripting; AWS cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Participating in server-side and client-side work.
• Enhancing existing applications with mindful, resource-aware techniques.
• Co-leading product direction and feature specs with stakeholders and PM.
• Lead technical efforts to integrate ML/AI solutions on a government project.
