Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a software professional to develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications using C# and Microsoft technologies. You will design databases, implement robust queries, and collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements include experience with ASP.NET Web Forms/Core, Razor Pages, MVC or Blazor, plus front-end skills (HTML5/CSS/JS) and SQL Server expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience developing applications using C# and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, Razor Pages, MVC, or Blazor.
• Experience with front-end web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to design SQL Server database structures, write complex queries, and develop stored procedures.
• Experience testing, debugging, and troubleshooting software applications.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while owning delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications according to requirements.
• Design, develop, and optimize relational databases and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and lead design reviews.
• Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database issues.
• Partner with IT Security to ensure secure development practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
