Endeavor is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications across the stack using JavaScript, Python, Nuxt, and Vue.js to deliver scalable, reliable software. The role collaborates with product, design, QA, and other engineering teams across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of software development experience, strong REST API design skills, and comfort with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and event-driven systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications across the stack.
• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services in Python.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using Vue.js and Nuxt.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Help ensure application security, performance, and reliability across the stack.
• Manage source control, branching, and merge request workflows using GitLab.
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines within GitLab.
• Manage feature implementation from initial design through release.
• Validate feature completion against requirements.
• Support release and launch communication.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full application stack.
• Support production issues and participate in incident response as needed.
• Assist with SIP-based telephony integrations where applicable.
• Collaborate with telecom engineering on real-time communications features.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
