Job summary

NextCode Group is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable web applications, developing user-friendly interfaces, and managing backend services and databases.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Experience developing and deploying web applications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications.
• Build interactive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop backend applications, APIs, and server-side functionality.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Design, manage, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Identify and troubleshoot application issues.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers.
• Participate in code reviews and development planning.
