Job summary

PayCompass is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join our on-site team in Tempe, AZ. You will develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications with a primary focus on NextJS/React, NestJS REST APIs, NodeJS TypeScript, and SQL Server databases.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of full-stack experience and a BS in CS or related field. We offer a dog-friendly office, employer-paid health insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with NextJS/React, NestJS REST APIs, NodeJS TypeScript, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using NextJS/React, NestJS REST APIs, NodeJS TypeScript, and SQL Server databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
• Maintain and optimize existing codebases for performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services.
