Job summary

Oasys International LLC (Oasys) seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer to guide a development team in adopting new tools, improving architectures, and mentoring peers. You will design, build, and modernize secure, scalable applications hosted on AWS, spanning architecture, cloud, and DevOps automation.

The role requires experience with monolithic to microservices transitions, a stack including Python/ Django/ Rails/ React/ TypeScript, Docker, Postgres, and modern cloud practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience building and integrating complex full-stack applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern web backends.

Responsibilities

• Guide development team on new tools and techniques.
• Design, build and modernize secure, scalable applications on AWS.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures and data models.
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure secure integration across services.
• Lead architecture reviews and evolve monoliths to microservices where appropriate.
