Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners, contractors, and IT data team staff to gather requirements and discover data needs.
- Use modern frameworks and techniques for web and data development (React, TypeScript, NodeJS).
- Apply strict mode compliance, modularization, and up‑to‑date libraries and frameworks.
- Interact with relational and non‑relational database systems (DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Postgres).
- Participate in agile methodology practices, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, Code Build, Code Deploy, GitHub Actions).
- Document data flow at the element level and manage data usage throughout client systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to resolve customer and internal stakeholder problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of information technology experience in implementation projects, preferably in AWS cloud environments.
- At least 1 year of AWS development experience with services such as S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, DocumentDB/MongoDB, and RDS (Postgres).
- Hands‑on experience with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and full‑stack data architecture delivery.
- Experience managing a team across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git/GitHub workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with agile delivery practices and ability to provide solutions to atypical problems.
- Bonus: experience with GraphQL, Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK, and AWS Cloud Certifications.
