JASPER Engines & Transmissions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and enhance software for our users. You will work onsite at our Jasper, IN headquarters and participate in Agile ceremonies while delivering robust, testable code.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, architecture discussions, and continued learning of modern technologies in a fast-paced environment. Strong .NET and frontend skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of development experience in a multilayered architecture with .NET/C# experience.
• Strong experience with REST, Git, and SO LID principles; ASP.NET core tooling.
• Familiarity with Blazor, MVC, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team; participate in Agile ceremonies and provide feedback.
• Contribute to code reviews, pairing sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Write robust, testable code and create unit, functional, and acceptance tests.
• Improve development tools, coding standards, and team practices.
• Deliver high-quality software while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
