Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our professional services team in Washington. You will collaborate with current and new software teams to understand architecture and tooling, then develop onboarding paths to our platform.

The role requires strong cloud, database, networking, full-stack application experience, and leadership across engineering teams in a fast-paced, Agile setting. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience (Typescript, Golang, or Python).
• 5+ years of AWS, CI/CD, and developer workflow automation (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or Flux).
• 4+ years of Docker containers and deployments.
• 4+ years of databases experience (MySQL, Postgres).
• 4+ years in infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS CDK).
• 4+ years of monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, Grafana).
• Experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf).
• Eligibility to obtain Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the team. You’ll work in a Professional Service role, working with teams to leverage our platform. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to translate customer needs, and assist others in migration and solving problems using our platform. You’ll be responsible for working with current and new software development teams, understanding their architecture and development environment tooling to develop onboarding paths to our platform. You have expertise in Cloud, Databases, Networking, Full Stack Software Applications, Architectures, and Common Design Patterns. You have excellent communication skills, the ability to lead engineers, and work across development teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with software development, including Typescript, Golang, or Python
• 5+ years of experience with AWS and CI/CD and developer workflow automation, including Github Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux
• 4+ years of experience with containerization and deployments with Docker
• 4+ years of experience using databases, including MySQL or Postgres

• 4+ years of experience using APM and monitoring tools, including AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana
• Experience using AI tools to augment your ability to rapid prototype features, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or WindSurf
