Job summary

Integrityone Partners in Virginia is seeking a Full Stack Developer to deliver software solutions for critical law enforcement missions. You'll collaborate with teams to solve complex technical issues, ensuring the safety and security of our country. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for learning, possess strong problem-solving skills, and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in relevant development fields. Periodic onsite presence in Crystal City, VA, is expected.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain DHS 6C Public Trust clearance.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in application development.
• Experience in government or high-security environments is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver results over multi‑week sprints

• Develop scalable, high‑performance, and highly available applications and system components
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other development teams
• Respond to client requirements in tight timeframes

Requirements

• US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
• Periodic onsite presence (approximately 1-2 days per month) in Crystal City, VA

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience (including more senior candidates)
• Proven track record in designing and developing scalable applications
• Experience working in government or high‑security environments is a plus
