Full Stack Developer

Get Devs is looking for a responsible and highly motivated Engineer who is ready to take ownership of the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with our advisory and technology teams, turning ideas into intelligent systems that create real value for our clients in the legal, risk, and compliance sectors. Position Requirements

• Open to Philippines-based Filipino citizens only.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in legal, regulatory, or compliance domains.
• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Strong experience in building RAG pipelines, NLP, and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping and operating systems at scale with high reliability.
• Rigorous testing, code-review, and documentation habits that improve team standards.
• Familiarity with AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms).

Position Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to automate legal, risk, and compliance tasks.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions with hands-on software development across the backend and AI stack.
• Partner with stakeholders to guide the technical vision while being responsible for overall delivery.
• Build agentic workflows to reduce manual workload for legal professionals, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, workflow orchestration, and iterative improvement.
• Ensure solutions are designed with strong data security, governance, and compliance principles, particularly when handling sensitive legal and client information.

Other Details

Employment terms: Contract or Full-time/Regular. We are looking for the right fit and are flexible on the arrangement for the standout candidate.
Availability: Can start ASAP/Max of 30 days’ notice.
Schedule & Work set up: Morning / Remote.
