Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Java development in enterprise environments.
  • 2+ years with ReactJS or a comparable UI framework.
  • 2+ years with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • 3+ years working with Servlet, JSP, MVC, and Security frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery (3+ years).
  • REST and SOAP web services experience.
  • JDBC, SQL, stored procedures, and JPA knowledge.
  • XML, XSD, XSLT familiarity.
  • Unit testing with JUnit/Mockito/JMockit, etc.
  • Familiar with Agile and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
  • Source control with Git, TFS, or similar tools.
  • Strong track record coordinating offshore teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Java Developer –leading offshore development efforts while contributing directly to enterprise-grade applications. This position requires a strong technical foundation in backend and UI development, along with proven experience coordinating and mentoring distributed teams across time zones.

You’ll serve as the bridge between onshore stakeholders and offshore developers, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery of complex projects.
