Job summary

Regnology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Rfleet team and help build a secure platform for running and managing AI agents. You will work across the full stack with React and TypeScript for front-end features and Java with Quarkus for backend services.

You will design reliable APIs, implement real-time integrations, and craft intuitive workflows for managing agent lifecycles, permissions, and access.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong practical experience with Java and TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of React, Quarkus or similar frameworks is an advantage.
• Care for simple design, clean code, automated testing and maintainable solutions.
• Willingness to learn and work with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with GCP or another cloud platform, Terraform, Shell scripting, Jenkins or Linux is beneficial but not required.
• Hands-on mentality, proactive communication and ownership from idea to operation.
• Enjoy learning, giving and receiving feedback, and working in an international team.

What you’ll do

• You will contribute to a secure, cloud-native architecture running on Google Cloud, where isolation, auditability and least-privilege access are fundamental.
• You will create and maintain automated tests and take responsibility for quality from design through production.
• You will collaborate in an international, agile team and help shape both the product and its technical direction.
