Mandatory Skills: JavaScript/ TypeScript, React and Python

• Develop frontend features using React, supported by tools like Plotly.js, Ant Design, and React Query/Router/Hook Form.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Sequelize ORM, with API documentation via OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Integrate bioinformatics workflows leveraging Python and Bash scripting, including CSV/Excel data processing.
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Docker, and deploy applications on AWS and Cloud Foundry.
• Ensure quality through automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, pytest, and Shellspec.
• Collaborate in agile processes like code reviews, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.
