Job summary

General Summary

MajorKey Technologies is hiring a full-time Full-Stack Developer to join our Product Development team. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Java-based back-end services and APIs for client applications
• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end features in React
• Collaborate with internal teams on software architecture and technical design
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and communicate technical details
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following team standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications
• Write and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional Java development experience
• Experience building front-end applications with React
• Experience with [Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, relational databases/SQL]
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both teams and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C# and/or Python
• Experience or knowledge of ColdFusion is a plus
• Experience with cloud based applications/platforms, e.g., AWS or Azure]
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
