Job summary

MassMutual's Wealth Management Technology team seeks a senior full stack developer to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on cutting-edge technologies, data management standards, and strong controls. The role supports production delivery and BAU tasks across projects and regulatory requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar technical field.
• 8+ years of Full stack application development experience.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Demonstrated experience with application and data integration tools and architectures.
• Demonstrated experience with database SQL coding and scripting.
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining UNIX/LINUX scripts.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing product documentation, written instructions, and technical literature for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience creating and maintaining cloud applications.
• Experience with wealth management or financial services projects.
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles, development standards, and best practices.
• Knowledge of unit testing using test driven development.
• Experience with Informatica Power Center or cloud (IDMC/IICS).
• AWS developer and/or solutions architect certifications
• Experience modeling and supporting an enterprise data warehouse.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Agile mindset and fast delivery of results.
• Ability to collaborate with other IT groups and business users.

The Team

The Wealth Management Technology Team supports complex and very dynamic business for product delivery, financial planning services, lending services, and investment operations. The team’s mission statement is to 'provide exceptional service and support to project workstreams and business stakeholders by meeting or exceeding expectations'; and a guiding principle is to 'deliver the best quality solution as quickly as possible without compromising best practices or strategic goals'. The Impact

Work assignments will span support for projects and business as usual (BAU) for ongoing production delivery, defect resolution, and support, or BAU non-discretionary compliance, audit, or regulatory requests.

The Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar technical field.
• 8+ years of Full stack application development experience
