Job summary

Luminas Advisors is seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications supporting our data-driven consulting platforms. You will work across the full stack—front-end interfaces, server-side logic, and data pipelines—ensuring robust performance and security.

The role requires expertise in modern front-end and back-end frameworks, database design, cloud environments, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer across web technologies.
• Strong front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Solid back-end skills with Node.js/Express, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
• Hands-on database design and query optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Git and Agile software development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our web applications and technical platforms. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, building intuitive user interfaces, developing robust server-side architecture, and optimizing data pipelines to support key business operations.. . .

Key Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or Java)..
• - Build, maintain, and secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices to facilitate seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end systems..
• - Architect, manage, and optimize database schemas and queries for both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases..
• - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences and technical specifications..
• - Conduct code reviews, implement unit and integration testing, and ensure high code quality, security, and performance standards across the stack..
• - Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously optimize user experience and platform reliability..
• - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce standard continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines..

Qualifications & Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience..
• - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer working across web technologies..
• - Proficient in front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, alongside modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js..
• - Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)..
• - Hands-on experience with database design, indexing, and query optimization in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB..
• - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker containerization, and CI/CD tools..
• - Experience with Git version control systems and agile software development workflows..
• - Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
