Position Overview:

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for leading both front-end, back-end, and mobile app development, while overseeing a small team. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of web and mobile applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize server-side APIs using Node.js.
• Build reusable, high-quality front-end components with React and React Native.
• Ensure mobile applications are optimized for performance and usability.
• Collaborate with DevOps for cloud infrastructure management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security and data privacy best practices across the platform.
• Conduct code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring high code quality.

Required Skills:

• Full Stack Development: Strong expertise in Node.js for back-end, React for front-end, and React Native for mobile apps.
• APIs: Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data storage and management.
• Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) or similar cloud platforms.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Security: Knowledge of secure coding practices, data encryption, and handling multi-tenant security concerns.

Leadership:

Proven ability to manage a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely project delivery.
