Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Set technical direction, define architecture, and make strategic decisions to ensure project success.
• Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and quality assurance.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Champion the use of new technologies and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5 years of hands‑on experience with front-end UI development frameworks, with a strong preference for Angular.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing unit, integration, and functional automation tests.
• 5 years of experience in database technologies, including MongoDB, SQL Server, Postgres, and related platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of information and application security (LDAP, certificates, public key encryption, SSH, access credentials, etc.).
• Experience in providing production support and leading incident resolution efforts, collaborating with both business and technical teams.
• Expertise in build automation, CI/CD pipeline integration tools (Jenkins, Atlassian Suite, Git, Artifactory).
• Strong experience with both relational and non‑relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (EKS, Docker, OpenShift).
• Proven track record working in Agile environments; experience with modern delivery methodologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure code quality, challenge ideas constructively, and drive efficient, scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high‑performing technical teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills; technology‑first mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short‑term delivery with long‑term architectural goals.
• Strong accountability, ability to set and deliver on expectations, and commitment to high‑quality technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across organizational boundaries.
