You will design and implement full stack features, integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, and collaborate with backend teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, user-focused applications.

• 5+ years of professional web application development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET development.
• Strong experience building applications with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET & React)

Location: Sun Prairie, WI (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Duration: 12-Month Contract with Potential Extension
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week
Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds (Video Interview followed by In-Person Interview)
Compensation: $65-75/hour W2 or $75-85/hour 1099/C2C

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET and React to join a growing technology team supporting large-scale application modernization initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the migration of critical business systems while helping enhance and modernize enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web development, API integration, and building scalable, user-focused applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React and C#/.NET technologies
• Build and enhance front-end features and reusable UI components using modern React practices
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web application development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET development
• Strong experience building applications with React
• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience working with React Hooks, Context API, state management, and routing
• Experience integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Strong understanding of UI architecture and responsive design principles
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and component-based development frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with secure API design and authentication technologies such as OAuth and JWT
• Exposure to Azure cloud services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesBackground working in microservices architectures
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and code review best practices
