Job summary

WARE is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain the front and back end of its website properties, including wareinc.com and boilerwarehouse.com. You will design interfaces, write APIs, manage databases, and ensure performance, scalability, and security from conception to deployment.

The role requires 8+ years in PHP/Laravel, experience with e-commerce and ERP systems, strong communication, and the ability to drive timelines and deliverables in a busy, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional experience writing production code in PHP and Laravel.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, pricing systems, or transactional web apps.
• Expertise in SQL management, API integration, and ERP systems.
• Experience implementing AI-powered features and workflows in production web apps.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.

WARE is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain both the front and back end experiences of WARE’s website properties. The Full-Stack Developer will design user interfaces, write Application Programming Interfaces, manage databases, and ensure software performance, scalability, and security from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serving as key technical contributor in shaping the architecture, performance, and future direction of WARE’s digital platforms
• Leading the design, development, and deployment of new applications, features, and platform improvements.
• Executing functionality, design and user experience updates to current websites, including wareinc.com and our e-commerce website, boilerwarehouse.com.
• Working with internal stakeholders to identify new design and functionality features for both websites.
• Gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Developing and providing realistic timelines for each phase of development.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process.
• Ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintaining high standards for code quality and application design.
• Debugging and fixing software errors in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.
• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
