Job summary

Boston Data Pro, LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy responsive, end-to-end web applications within our Engineering organization.

You will collaborate with Product, UX, and PMO, working across the stack from React frontend to C#/.NET backend and cloud deployments on AWS, in a hybrid role with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of overall software development experience.
• CSS including responsive design and state management.
• Back-end expertise with C# and .NET Core RESTful APIs.
• AWS cloud deployment experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or CodePipeline.
• Gen AI coding tools usage and evaluation for production safety.
• Design systems and UI/UX best practices.
• Cross-stack debugging across front-end, back-end and infra.
• Agile/Scrum in sprint-based teams with regular standups

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying responsive, end-to-end web applications. You will be a key contributor across our

Engineering organization, collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver

high-quality digital experiences. You are someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership of

complex problems, and can navigate the full technology stack with confidence.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office.

No Corp-to-Corp candidates and no visa sponsorship

• Strong React frontend skills, with good C#/.NET backend skills, and good cloud knowledge.
• Prefer candidates who have built both React web applications and React Native mobile applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 7-10 years of overall software development experience, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end web applications in a production environment.
• CSS - including responsive design, component libraries, and state management patterns.
• Back-end expertise: Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core - including RESTful API design, middleware, dependency injection, and service integration.
• Cloud deployment - AWS: Practical experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, or equivalent services).
• CI/CD pipelines: Experience building or working with continuous integration and delivery pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline).
• AI-assisted development: Practical experience using Gen AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude to accelerate development workflows - including code generation, refactoring, debugging assistance, and documentation. Able to critically evaluate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and maintainability before integrating it into production code.
• Design principles: Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices - able to work from design systems or Figma/XD specifications.
• Cross-stack debugging: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex bugs spanning front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaboration under pressure: Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments alongside Engineering, Product/UX, and PMO stakeholders - able to manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
