Job summary

PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a proactive full stack engineer to advance AI-powered business applications. You’ll craft front-end interfaces, design backend APIs, and connect AI models with enterprise data through a canonical data model.

The role requires 4+ years of full stack experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript with React, and Python REST API skills. AWS, Snowflake, and LLM API work are highly valued in our evolving platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience.
• Backend experience with Python and REST API design.
• SQL skills and ability to query data from relational or cloud data warehouses.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs into production applications.
• Ability to work independently across unfamiliar codebases and learn quickly.
• Preferred: experience building features on top of LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and code scanning tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web front-ends for the ecosystem's tools, including dashboards and workflows.
• Design and implement backend APIs and services connecting front-end apps to AI models and data layers.
• Migrate Python services and SQL-backed data views toward the platform's canonical data model.
• Integrate features with LLM-backed capabilities following grounding and security patterns.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT leadership, and vendors to ship features end-to-end.
• Write tests, perform code reviews, and maintain security/data handling standards.

Job Description:About the RoleAbout the rolePSS CC is building a set of AI-powered business applications on a shared backend architecture: a master orchestrator model that routes to domain-specific AI models, grounded in a canonical enterprise data model.
