Job summary

The Friedkin Group seeks a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI-enabled applications, integrating analytics models, Gen AI features, and data pipelines. You will work across frontend, backend, and data layers with cross-functional teams including product owners, data engineers, and data scientists.

You will leverage AI coding tools and modern frameworks to ship scalable, secure solutions, while maintaining high quality and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience building production-grade software.
• Strong full-stack development experience (frontend + backend).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with data-intensive applications or data platform integrations.
• Experience actively using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Augment Code).
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.
• Experience working in agile/scrum delivery models with cross-functional teams.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI APIs into production applications.
• Experience with Databricks, or Lakehouse architectures.
• Experience working with cloud-native web application development and deployment (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, or cloud-native deployments (AWS preferred).
• End-to-end ownership mindset and AI-native engineering fluency.
• Product thinking and strong collaboration across product, data science, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions spanning frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Translate analytics outputs and model results into user experiences for business stakeholders.
• Build user-facing applications (web apps, APIs, workflows) to interact with data science and AI models.
• Develop dashboards, data apps, and self-serve analytics tools with modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and deploy AI-powered features including semantic search, document understanding, and automated workflows.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability for production systems.
