Belton Vision by Ideal Eye Team in Belton, TX, is seeking a full-time optometrist to deliver comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages using advanced diagnostic tools. This role offers a clear Monday–Friday schedule and competitive compensation.

You'll perform exams, educate patients on ocular health, and recommend vision solutions tailored to lifestyle, while contributing to a patient-centered, community-focused practice. A 14.5% production bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) with licensure to practice in TX (OD) and TPA certificate.
• 1–3 years of clinical optometry experience; new grads welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous learning.
