Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is helping a thriving Family Medicine w/ Obstetrics program in Southeast Kansas recruit a FMOB physician. You will join a collaborative, provider-focused team, manage an established patient panel, and deliver full-scope FMOB care including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, newborn, and family continuity care.

The compensation package features a base salary of $325K–$350K with proven earnings exceeding $450K, a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance,

Responsibilities

• Collaborative women's health team of 6 providers, including FMOB physicians, OB/GYNs, & Certified Nurse Midwives
• Practice full-spectrum FMOB, including prenatal care, labor & delivery, postpartum care, newborn care, & continuity care for families
• Flexible scheduling options designed to fit your preferred practice style
• Established program w/ 350+ deliveries & a strong referral base
• Midwife-first call model that helps reduce after-hours demands
• Maintain & expand procedural skills w/ a diverse clinical & procedural practice
• Collaborative relationship w/ OB/GYNs and specialty providers for comprehensive patient care
• AI-assisted documentation tools that improve efficiency & reduce administrative burden
