Nordstrom, Inc. is hiring a Full Service Server in Minnesota to provide outstanding customer service. You will know the menu, assist customers with suggestions, handle phone inquiries and transactions, and thrive in a fast-paced setting with a flexible schedule. A minimum of 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred.

This role supports store operations with a customer-first mindset and offers compensation reflective of state guidelines and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and products.
• Suggest additional items to customers as appropriate.
• Answer telephones and complete financial transactions.
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced a flexible schedule.
