Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Full Service Server who is self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer service daily. You will know the menu, assist customers with recommendations, and support other restaurant tasks as needed in a fast-paced setting.

Minimum 1+ year in food service/hospitality preferred; excellent communication with customers and coworkers; flexible schedules; and a food handler’s card where required by local regulations are expected.

• Knowledge of restaurant menu and products.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and products while serving customers.
• Suggest additional items to customers as appropriate.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested (e.g., answering telephones, completing financial transactions).
