Atrium Hospitality in Southfield, MI is seeking a dedicated prep cook to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on prepping vegetables, meats, and seafood, following recipes, and helping maintain safe, organized prep areas.

You will weigh and portion ingredients, label and store perishables, and rotate stock while upholding sanitation standards. Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, cut, and prep vegetables, fruits, meats, poultry, and seafood
• Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients following standardized recipes
• Properly label and store food, keeping perishables at safe temperatures
• Rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all sanitation standards
• Assist in transporting food and supplies between prep areas, refrigerators, and cooking stations
