Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially per bank service standards.
• Know and explain bank products and services, including rules, pricing and simple definitions.
• Identify customer needs and expand relationships through referrals.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Comply with banking regulations including Regulation CC and BSA.
• Help customers use self-service options.
• Process transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
• Balance transactions daily.
• May assist in training new tellers.
• May service ATM and branch systems.
• One year of teller or cash handling experience and six months customer relationship building or sales experience.
