Eyes On Eyecare in Montgomery, AL is seeking an Optometrist to join our full-scope medical optometry team. The role involves practicing across multiple locations, providing comprehensive eye care, and participating in a growing surgical component as the office expands.

Newly licensed or experienced doctors, including upcoming 2027 graduates, are encouraged to apply. The position offers a full-time schedule with weekday hours and no weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree must be held, with Alabama license in good standing.
• Full-scope clinical capabilities with a medical-focused mindset are required.
• Strong chairside manner and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable talking with and educating patients; ability to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly.
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable candidates who can work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope medical optometry and primary eye care.
• See a diverse patient population and manage a range of ocular conditions.
• Float between Montgomery, Millbrook, and Greenville offices as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians and administrative staff to support patient care.
• Educate patients and discuss treatment options and follow-up plans.
