Eye Doctors – Elgart Gordon & Associates in Old Saybrook, CT is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our patient-centered practice. You will deliver high-quality eye care as part of a collaborative team committed to exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities include comprehensive eye exams, management of ocular diseases, contact lens fittings, and co-management of cataract/refractive surgery patients, while fostering long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications

• OD degree required.
• Eligible for Connecticut licensure.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• New graduates and experienced optometrists welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations.
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease including glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and dry eye.
• Provide contact lens evaluations and fittings.
• Co-manage cataract and refractive surgery patients.
• Deliver personalized patient care and build long-term relationships.
