Job summary

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join an established women’s health practice in Southern Connecticut, Bridgeport. This employed position offers full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with strong clinical support and steady patient demand.

The incoming physician will provide outpatient OB/GYN care, prenatal care, deliveries, postpartum care, gynecologic procedures, surgical care, and ongoing patient management in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license.
• Strong obstetrics and gynecology skills.
• Surgical gynecology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage women’s health patients.
• Provide prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Participate in call coverage as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Support growth of the women’s health service line.
