Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a General Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a competitive compensation range ($180,000–$250,000 USD) plus a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, comprehensive benefits, 401K, continuing education, mentorship, and equity opportunity. Work 4–5 days weekly, 8am–5pm with a daily guarantee.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current dental license in the state.
• Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform restorative and surgical dental procedures.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.

Education
