Job summary

Health Operation Solutions in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a dermatologist to join an established private practice with a ready-made patient base. The role offers exposure to medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have an MD or DO, board eligibility/certification in dermatology, Arizona license or eligibility, and the ability to gain hospital or surgical privileges.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Ability to obtain hospital or surgical privileges if applicable

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions across a diverse patient population
• Perform dermatologic surgical procedures including excisions, biopsies, and other in-office procedures appropriate to training and scope
• Provide cosmetic dermatology services aligned with training and clinical interest
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive skin care
• Collaborate with clinical staff and medical assistants to support efficient, well-paced patient flow
• Uphold quality, safety, and professional standards of care throughout all patient interactions
• Participate in ongoing CME and professional development activities
