Cera Care Ltd. is hiring caring individuals to support clients in their own homes in Coalville and surrounding areas. Roles are available part-time and full-time, with shifts from early morning to evening and alternate weekends. No previous experience is required, and DBS/PVG clearance is arranged by the employer.

You will provide personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and meaningful companionship, helping people maintain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Help with cooking or preparing hot meals and domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and support to clients at home.
• Medication support as directed by carers or family.
