Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in private residences and senior living communities around Selinsgrove, PA. You will enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life, while building lasting patient relationships and managing your own schedule.

The role may include telehealth and other virtual care options to extend access, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, documentation in an EMR, and opportunities for mentorship and

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support mobility, independence and functional ability.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access.

Education
