Job summary

Crew Carwash in Wayzata, MN is hiring as a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member. You’ll greet customers, advise on services, load customers and help maintain a clean, safe park-like environment.

A focus on safety, fast-paced service, and delivering WOW to customers is essential. Benefits include $16–$17 per hour with incentive pay, daily pay options, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision (full-time), 401K with company match, and free carwashes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week part-time or 30 hours per week full-time
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Comfort with fast-paced environment
• Willingness to operate and use electronic devices
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with service needs
• Advise on services and load customers for processing
• Maintain high quality standards for customers
• Help keep the carwash environment clean and safe
• Operate equipment and assist with basic tasks as needed

Crew’s Expectations

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
