Crew Carwash in Muncie, IN is hiring a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member. You will assist customers, answer questions, and help ensure fast, friendly car-wash experiences. This role offers flexible hours and entry-level opportunities.

Compensation includes $15-$16 per hour plus incentive pay, daily pay options, paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision for full-time, a 401K with company match, and more. No prior experience required; must be 16 or older.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience is required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part-time minimum 10 hours per week or full-time 30 hours per week.
• Able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Be comfortable around moving mechanical parts.
• Be able to stand for 8+ hours per day.

• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms

• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
