Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member in Indianapolis, IN. You will greet customers, ensure safety, and WOW our guests with friendly service. You’ll advise on services, load customers, and help maintain a clean, park-like environment inside and outside the site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Part-time: min 10 hours/week; Full-time: min 30 hours/week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for up to 8+ hours.
• Must hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with equipment.
• Comfortable around moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds and platforms.
• Able to lift/move at least 25 pounds.
• Able to operate and use electronic devices.
• Able to withstand all weather conditions.

Crew’s Expectations

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
