Praescient Analytics is seeking an FMV Intelligence Analyst, Mid, in Chantilly, VA. The role involves hands-on FMV training, rapid advancement potential, and leading small teams on intelligence missions.

The position requires 5+ years in intelligence analysis (3+ in GEOINT/Imagery/FM V) and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will train, produce imagery-based reports, brief high-level personnel, and join a mission-focused team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time intelligence analysis experience, including 3+ years in GEOINT/Imagery or FMV analysis.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Formal Intelligence school course resulting in an Intelligence MOS.
• Capable of rotating shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must relay intelligence in real time and prioritize routine tasks.
• Ability to prepare and present briefings with visual displays.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process.
• Candidates must discern red/green/blue/yellow colors on a video screen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Attend a three-week formal training and on-the-job training in FMV tradecraft and tools.
• Produce imagery-derived graphics and reports for distribution.
• Compile intelligence materials for briefings to high-level government personnel.

The Full Motion Video (FMV) Intelligence Analyst, Mid provides employees with hands-on FMV training for all intelligence disciplines, advanced skills certification, and rapid job promotion into instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions. This role requires technical proficiency in the work and should be expected to work with minimal oversight and often lead smaller teams in their service execution. • Attend a unique three-week formal training course, followed by a robust on-the-job training program which provides candidates who may be new to motion GEOINT specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, and specific cultural familiarization.
• Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution.
• Compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel.
• Input data accurately, exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply all-source information to FMV imagery analysis, and use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery.
• Have rapid advancement potential and cross training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)/ Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), and FMV Advanced Research positions. Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
• Five (5) years of full-time, post-schoolhouse, intelligence analysis experience, to include three (3) years of GEOINT, Imagery or FMV analysis experience; AND an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Formal Intelligence school course (typically 2+ months in duration, full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.))
• Must be capable of working a rotating shift schedule, to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• During high-tempo operations, maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real time
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and solve routine tasks
• Able to prepare and present briefings with creation/use of visual displays
• Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process
• Candidates must accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen
• Must successfully complete the customer FMV training course or have do so in the last year
