Full Life Care in Seattle, WA is seeking an Activities Aide/Program Assistant to support the adult day health program. You will provide personal care and help facilitate therapeutic group activities for clients, building caring relationships with both clients and caregivers.

The role emphasizes safety, client independence, and respectful engagement within a supportive team. Training and pre-employment screenings are required, with a competitive starting wage and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in health or social services is a plus.
• Completion of HIV/AIDS information course (can be completed after hire).
• Annual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions accepted).
• Completion of a background check, drug screen, TB test, and fingerprinting as per state/local guidelines.
