Job summary

The Denver Housing Authority (DHA) is seeking a Human Resources professional to provide expertise across full-cycle employment recruiting and HR administration under the Director of Human Resources. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in staffing or corporate recruitment.
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Manages full cycle recruiting process to meet goals across all levels and tracks metrics.
• Crafts and posts professional, engaging job descriptions.
• Develops strong relationships with all departments and hiring managers.
• Performs background checks, reference checks and pre-employment testing.
• Seeks out applicants through social media, networking, and industry contacts.
• Liaises between the agency and candidates, discusses benefits and offers.
• Maintains applicant information and HR records for new hires.
• Keeps up with employment law and advises on policies and procedures.
• Administers contracts related to temporary agencies and procurement.
